Goat Cheese Pizza part II

  • 1/2 portion of flatbread
  • 1/2 small log goat cheese
  • shredded mozz
  • basil
  • 1 soft pear
  • 1/2 onion 

Prepare the flatbread dough.  Flatten the dough and pan fry in butter.  Let it rest on wax paper on a bake pan.  

Slice onion and caramelize in butter.  Fry the onions on low/med heat and spritz some vinegar.  This will take about 20 or so minutes.

Meanwhile, spread goat cheese on the flatbread.  Slice pear and place over goat cheese.  Add basil.  Add caramelized onions.  Finish with mozz.  Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes.
